Bring-Your-Own-Device (BYOD) scheme – Regarding the “Acceptable User Policy” (AUP) (S1)

Dear Parents,
Starting from Term 2, our school continues implementing Bring-Your-Own-Device (BYOD) scheme. After signing the reply slip and agreeing with the attached “Acceptable User Policy (AUP)” (only Chinese version is available), students are allowed to bring a tablet with a Mobile Device Management (MDM) System installed to school for learning purpose after the commencement of the BYOD scheme. According to our school’s policy, the iPads which are used in our school must have MDM system installed. For more details, please refer to “Administration Circular 098a/23-24 - Bring-Your-Own-Device (BYOD) scheme - The arrangement of purchasing iPad (S1- S3)”.
Parents should read the attached “Acceptable User Policy” with their child carefully. Signatures of both students and parents are required to represent their consent to the agreement and compliance with the regulations stated in the AUP.
