Aim:
- To provide students a range of opportunities of OLE and encourage them to participate in the five areas of OLE including Moral and Civic Education, Community Service, Career-related Experiences (Career Guidance and SLP), Aesthetic and Cultural Development and Physical Development.
- To enhance whole-person development and encourage life-long learning by promoting learning and reflection outside school. SLP is also an admission requirement of tertiary education programme;
- To provide students a systematic and annual leadership training campaign
Goal:
- To improve the workflow of the five areas of OLE including Moral and Civic Education, Community Service, Career-related Experiences (Career Guidance and SLP), Aesthetic and Cultural Development and Physical Development.
- To record students' participation in different activities systematically, which may be useful for their further studies or job interviews.
- To build up the leadership qualities of different student leaders.
- To provide students a chance to experience OLE through activities of LAC on ‘OLE Day’
- To prepare an annual work plan for the Programme of Contextual Growth Mindset for Student Leadership (CGM)。
- To promote Student Leadership Development (SLD): Prefects, Student Union, SAC (Uniformed Groups and Clubs), Library Ambassadors, Moral & Civic Education Ambassadors, Volunteering Team (UNICEF TEAM), School Ambassadors and Campus TV Team.
- To cultivate students' capacity in Self-Directed Learning through encouraging students' involvement in the planning and reflection of a wide range of activities.
