Student Grant 2023/24 – Paper Application

Dear Parents

Since the e-platform for the Student Grant 2023/24 has been closed on 2^nd October 2023 (Monday), parents can still choose to return the completed paper application form to school for onward submission. However, only one application, either in e-form or paper form, can be submitted for each eligible student.

Paper application forms will be distributed to the student together with this circular, except for those who have submitted an online application. Please complete the form and submit it to the school on or before 16^th October (Monday). Please note that the completed paper application forms must be submitted through the school. For late submission, parents have to submit the form to the EDB in person. Applicants should read carefully the “Notes to Complete this Form” and the “Declaration” before completing the “Student Grant” Application Form. Applicants are not required to provide other documents at this stage. Applicants will only be required to provide documents when necessary. As parents generally possess local bank accounts, the subsidy will be disbursed to parents via bank transfer.
