Dear Parents
2023/24 Seasonal Influenza Vaccination School Outreach (Free of Charge) Programme aims to provide the outreach service to the school, and increase the rate of vaccination. The school will take part in the programme and help to protect our students from getting infected. Details of the programme are as follows:

Students who are interested in taking part in the programme have to return the signed reply slip and consent form to the class teacher on or before 5th September 2023 (Tuesday).
