通過這次活動,認識到有機蔬菜對身體的好處,自己親自購買和嘗試的有機食品,味道跟普通的蔬菜差距並不是很大,但是有機食品畢竟是沒有添加農藥化學肥料,對於慢性疾病產生的幾率會大大減小,也希望有機食品能大大推行,價格可以便宜一點,讓更多人受益。
Through this activity, I am more aware of the benefits of consuming organic vegetables. First of all, the taste of organic food I bought and tried is indeed sweeter and tastier than that of traditionally grown vegetables. Besides that, organic food is free of pesticides and chemical fertilizers, which is safe for human consumption. In short, by reducing the price of organic food, it is hoped that more people can benefit from it.

我對有機食品的看法就是。可以減少農藥對身體攝入,減少慢性疾病和炎症的產生,雖然有機食品價格昂貴,但是對身體的益處是很多的,因為現在很多食品都是利用很多化學肥料,殺蟲劑,人體也會攝入這些成分,所以有機食品是值得推行的。
My view on consuming organic food is that it can reduce the intake of pesticides to our body and the chances of developing chronic diseases and inflammation. In spite of the fact that organic food is expensive, there are numerous health benefits brought to our body. Currently, most of the foods available in the market are traditionally grown by using a lot of chemical fertilizers which can pose a risk to our health. Therefore, organic food is worth promoting.
