    Objectives<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Our school Guidance Committee group emphasizes the approach of the balance between guidance and discipline service, with the implementation of different incentive plans to encourage students\u2019 positive behaviours.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • According to the Education Bureau, our group will formulate specific plans for National Security Education.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Increase manpower to provide emotional support under Covid 19-pandemic and after social events.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Utilize the \u201cMind Relaxing\u201d corner and implement different guidance activities accordingly.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Continue to operate with SENCO and different groups to enhance the dealing procedure of SEN students.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Cooperate with Tung Wah ICAPT (Integrated Centre on Addiction Prevention and Treatment) and other school committees to promote wellness and holistic health and the Health-Sun-Power activities.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Take part in the \u201cBeat Drugs with Sports\u201d school-based scheme and help students cultivate a healthy lifestyle away from drugs.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Inherit the completed \u201cQuality Education Fund\u201d activity and promote relevant activities with the school-based resources to help senior students establish positive thinking.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Our team has three social workers, nine teachers and with other professional support this year, which provides a more targeted care for students.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • With the implementation of invitational education, we inherit class-oriented spirit and emphasize the importance of the good relationship between class teachers and students in order to deal with students\u2019 cases, and build a good relationship with the students as well.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Consolidate students\u2019 self-control spirit and render appropriate care and guidance in order to develop students\u2019 self-esteem and the sense of belonging to the school.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Revise the \u201cclass-oriented guidance and discipline\u201d as well as the \u201cform-based support\u201d system.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strengthen junior students\u2019 disciplinary requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Implement peer counselling and voluntary services, and we expect to improve both junior and senior students\u2019 self-understanding and potential development, and help Form 1 students adapt to the new school life at the same time. In this way,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Cater for different learners\u2019 diversity, assist students to make appropriate career planning and grow up with confidence.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Enhance the communications between school, social workers and the hostel, and provide appropriate guidance service to the students in need.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Enhance team members\u2019 communications and cooperate with the school discipline community to execute relevant regulations and measures accordingly.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
