Highlights of the year<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

To empower students with a clear vision for their future, a dynamic array of career guidance activities is organised to help students navigate their academic and career pursuits. Key initiatives include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • My Way<\/em> Career and Guidance Programme (supported by the TWGHs Ho Yuk Ching Educational Psychology Service Centre)<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    • To cultivate students\u2019 self-awareness, goal-setting abilities, and self-reflection, while expanding their understanding of diverse academic and career pathways.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • To provide practical support for students adapting to school life, establish a comprehensive student profiling system, and deliver timely information to clarify their future pathways.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • To equip students with the essential knowledge, skills, and attitudes through diverse activities and seminars, enabling them to make informed academic and career choices aligned with their interests, abilities, and aspirations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Objectives<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      • To optimize and refine career guidance services for senior secondary students.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • To assist students in setting meaningful goals, identifying pathways to achievement, making informed choices, and initiating early career planning through targeted activities, seminars, study tours, and academic transition resources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • To facilitate HKDSE registration and provide comprehensive guidance on JUPAS applications for Secondary 6 students.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • To expand and strengthen career education and guidance initiatives in the junior secondary levels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • To manage and recommend students for scholarships and various Principal\u2019s Nomination Schemes, as well as facilitate applications for financial assistance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • To coordinate and manage student records and profiling database systematically.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • To foster a professional image of the team and support new team members in seamlessly adapting to the department’s operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
